Moving In

iCondo is Waterbank's estate management software. It is used to handle most administrative matters in the estate (estate notifications, facilities booking, permit applications, feedbacks, visitor registration, etc...)

Step 1: Download iCondo app

Step 2: Create an account

Fill in your particulars:

• registered name as per the strata roll or tenancy agreement

• email

• handphone number

Step 3 tell us where you live

Choose The Waterbank @ Dakota and enter your block and unit number

Step 4: tenant or owner?

If you are a tenant, kindly prepare your tenancy agreement: Snap a photo of the first page and last page of your tenancy agreement.

Step 5: submit!

Then ... it’s off to the management team for approval

The iCondo app will send you a notification once your registration has been approved

You will need to install the Comelit app and register to operate the intercom system.

Please ensure you make yourself familiar with the Waterbank House Rules.

A move-in permit must be raised in iCondo (Forms -> Moving In)

Full Terms and Conditions will be displayed in iCondo when applying for the permit. Please ensure those have been reviewed.

Note the following:

• Application must be raised 7 calendar days before the operation

• The operation can only take place:

  • Monday - Friday: 9am-6pm

  • Saturday and eve of Public Holiday: 9am-12.30pm

  • Sunday and Public Holidays: not allowed 

• Fees:

  • Refundable Security Deposit: 1000$ (held on credit/debit card via iCondo)

  • Application & Permit: none

  • Lift padding (required for large items): 20$ (excl. GST) per lift per day

Resident's pets must be registered within iCondo (Forms -> Pet's record form).

Full Terms and Conditions will be displayed in iCondo when registering your pet. Please ensure those have been reviewed.

Note the following:

• Dog breeds classified A or B by AVA are not allowed in the estate

• All dogs must be kept onleashes and under control at all times

• Pets are nor allowed in teh recreational areas

• A cleaning fee of 200$ will be applied for any incident where pet's excreta are not cleaned in the estate

We strongly recommend to put in place a GIRO for the quarterly payment of the management and sinking funds.

Those are usually debited around the 22 of March, June, September and December.

The GIRO form must be printed, filled, signed and returned to the management office for bank submission. The form is available in iCondo (Documents -> GIRO Form)

Your vehicle must be registered in iCondo (Forms -> Vehicle Registration). Once the registration has been approved, a car label will be provided, and the car will be automatically recognized by our License Plate Recognition system when entering/exiting the estate.

Note the following:

• Owners leasing their appartment need to surrender their car label.

• Fees:

  • 1st vehicle: no fee

  • 2nd vehicle: 100 per month

  • 3rd vehicle: 200$ per month

  • 4th and above: 500$ per month and per vehicle

Waterbank has a limited number of bicycle spaces, located in the car park (B1 and a temporary bicycle space at L4). To use the parking facility, residents must apply for a bicycle tag. 

The MCST conducts a re-registration exercise twice a year to control the bicycle population in the estate. It is then required to re-apply for a new tag. Those re-registration exercices are notified within iCondo.

If you plan to use Waterbank's facilities or apply for permits, please register a credit/debit card in iCondo where deposits will be handled and managed automatically.
